About

I studied psychology at the University of Cologne and started my career as an HR professional in the consumer goods sector. Other project and leadership roles followed in multinational companies in the automotive, transportation and IT industries. I also enjoyed living and working abroad for some years.

For a long time, I thought about starting my own business and in 2016 – after 15 exciting years in corporate life – I launched my own coaching and HR consulting company. To this day, I have not regretted this decision one minute.

I am a certified business as team coach (Barefoot LTD and Chester University) and I am trained among other methods in Design Thinking and Agile Workshop Facilitation.

I am committed to diversity. I especially support arbeiterkind.de as a mentor for young talent with non-academic family backgrounds.
